SENSORY MEDITATION

During sensory meditations, you learn to delve into yourself and feel what you really feels. You learn to "master" your own inner world, manage it and redesign it according to your own needs. This ability opens unlimited opportunities for self-knowledge and desired changes . And liberates from despair and helplessness in the face of supposedly incurable conditions such as low self-esteem, depression, mental exhaustion, neuroticism, callousness and others.

Meditation

It's a deep self-work practice. In order for us to heal, change, and reclaim depleted inner resources, it's not enough to just talk, accumulate knowledge, or start thinking correctly. To grow in our mental and spiritual health, we must restore the harmonious communication of our mind, body, and soul.

Sensory meditations are primarily designed to restore and strengthen this communication.

Sensory meditation:

- Helps to explore one's inner mental, emotional, and energetic space;
- Aids in restoring inner harmony;
- Expands the limits of possibilities;
- Teaches effective self-regulation methods;
- Strengthens self-esteem, self-love, and self-respect.

Meditations are for everyone who perceives the value and meaning of inner work and wants to do it in the deepest possible way. The work takes place in small groups in person, in a calm environment, or online - following gentle guidance.

I lead various cycles and events of sensory meditations. You will find information about them on the main page.

I also organise meditations for company employees and clients online and/or in person. For meditation sessions for companies, please write to sumeile.agne@gmail.com.

Duration of a single meditation session: 50-60 minutes.

More about sensory meditation

Sensory meditations successfully help in cases where a person:

- does not find himself and does not know who he is;

- doesn't know what he wants and doesn't understand how he feels or why he feels that way;

- he does not feel like the master of his life, so he keeps falling into dependence on other people's opinions and assessments;

- does not feel his personal boundaries, so he constantly feels exploited or hurt in some way;

- unable to find any resources in themselves, such as peace, love or joy;

- feels insecure, unstable on the ground, without roots;

- feels exhausted and has no strength to live or want anything;

- is unable to accept himself as he is, because he does not know or hates the way he is;

- has no experience of life without self-abuse, so he has no idea how to do something with pleasure and relaxation;

- does not trust his feelings, so he is guided exclusively by reason, even in matters such as close relationships or the formulation of personal wishes;

- have a tendency to lie to themselves about themselves, so they live in illusions and constant uncertainty.

During sensory meditations, a person learns to delve into himself and feel what he really feels. You learn to "master" your own inner world, manage it and redesign it according to your own needs. This ability opens unlimited opportunities for self-knowledge and desired changes. And frees from despair and helplessness in the face of supposedly incurable conditions such as low self-esteem, depression, mental exhaustion, neuroticism, callousness and the like.

During sensory meditation, a person directly accumulates completely different experiences, often even the opposite of what he had until now. Based on these new experiences, the mind successfully re-creates existing beliefs and life scripts that have been used for years.

Such a recovery process is easy and pleasant, one might even say, ecological.

Meditation

"After discovering you and your guided meditations, I got an additional source of peace. I get peace from them during more difficult periods. It's like I'm shedding a burden. When I feel lost - meditations help me organize my thoughts or ask myself the right questions that bring answers. Thank you for what you do."
